Ahh this man is a GENIUS!! He is one of the most well connected and sought after chemists in the Beauty Industry. Companies beg him to use their ingredients and he is the first one to get his hands on the best and newest ones such as Advanced BTX. He has created some beauty favorites such as Smashbox Primer, Lip Venom and Bum Bum Cream to name a few and and he was lead chemist for Estee Lauder for many years. He has been with my company since 2009 and we are so blessed to have him. He loves Beauty Society because Jeannie is ALWAYS willing to get the best ingredients out there and never willing to compromiise quality.
